The Smart Energy Academy 2024 - Pathway to become a Solar Energy Consultant

Are you currently studying engineering or are a recent graduate?
Do you have passion for renewable energy and enthusiastic to contribute towards sustainability and clean energy?
Are you open to learning, talk to potential customers, and help them find a solution to their energy needs through renewable energy?
If the answer is YES to the 3 questions above and you are willing to invest 3 weeks of your time (4 hours per day Monday - Friday) to gain in-depth knowledge on renewable energy then this will be the perfect point for you to enter your new career in renewable energy.
The course comes free of cost to you as this is our way of giving back and supporting a sustainable community.
Energy Solutions Consultant
You are self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude, someone who thrives in a varied and busy role and loves new challenges. Your values underpin what you do. You are highly successful in achieving KPIs / targets but do this in the right way, while delivering the best service to your customers.
You must have a burning desire to succeed, be extremely client-oriented, terrific presenter and communicator, and dynamic closer. You develop deep and meaningful rapport with your clients and communicate with piercing persuasiveness. You believe you can be the greatest at almost everything you do, and have the numbers to show it.
CEC Lead Electrician & Safety Supervisor
As our CEC Lead Electrician and Safety Supervisor, you'll be the guiding light for our team of apprentices and trade assistants. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire journey of solar projects, from inception to completion. This includes the commissioning of batteries and handling service calls. You'll be the guardian of onsite safety and compliance, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards. Meticulous record-keeping and adherence to company procedures are essential in this role.
