I had been ripped off before by a major supplier at our previous address and I was adamant I wasn't going to let that happen to us again. The installation team were fantastic, they were personable, quick, confident and when they advised me they would come back to install a sunshade over the Solar power box, they did exactly that.

          Great service, great installation!

          Smart Energy Answers was recommended to me by an architect friend when I mentioned I was looking for solar and a battery. The business owner Sam is an installer himself and the company does their own installations, not subbies which was the most important part for me. The whole process was smooth from the first consultation through to the installation 3 weeks later. The guys were great to deal with and explained everything before they started. The job was done exactly as agreed and they cleaned up everything before leaving plus explained how the system worked.

          I've now got a 6.5kW system on my roof but will wait till next year before going back to them for the battery. Looking forward to seeing my reduced bill next quarter!
