My experience with SEA was first class. From the initial e-mail and then phone calls with Tarek Jawad from the sales team. Tarek was excellent to deal with - not pushy at all and very knowledgeable. When I was ready to proceed Tarek was again very supportive and gave clear timelines to installation date.
The installation went well, the boys were polite and efficient. Everything was clean and tidy and they took time to ensure I was happy with the app for monitoring the system. And now, nearly two months later I am still very happy. There has so far only been one day where we have used grid power and that was when I left the air-con on all night! So Tarek's recommended combination of some additional solar panels and a 'right-sized' battery was spot on for our needs. The cost to us was excellent value (unlike a number of other quotes we received - one was more than double what we paid SEA and one for a just a much too large battery was also considerably more).
Finally Tarek and SEA have both called since installation to ensure all is OK (it is) and we are still happy (We are). I don't often leave reviews but SEA deserve this 5 star comment.

Whilst I did not go ahead with Smart Energy Answers due to them not being able to meet the timelines for rebates (understandable) - I had a very good consultation with Brad, he explained all the options and answered all my questions. Pricing was competitive.
