How do I get a solar system installed with SEA?

The eight steps from quote to switch-on:

1. Consultation and quote. We look at your electricity use, any existing system, your goals, your property and the rebates you may be eligible for, then prepare a tailored proposal.
2. Site and technical assessment. We check your roof and where the equipment will go, shading, your switchboard and access. This may be done with photos or an onsite inspection.
3. Design and approval. We finalise the components, system design and installation scope, and you approve them.
4. Compliance and connection. We arrange the approvals your electricity network requires, the paperwork, and checks on your eligibility for rebates and STCs.
5. Project coordination. Once you’ve signed, your Project Coordinator becomes your main contact and organises the design, logistics and installation date.
6. Installation and commissioning. Our qualified installers fit the system, then complete safety checks and testing.
7. Activation and handover. We show you how your equipment and monitoring app work, give you your documents and warranties, and explain any meter or network steps still to come.
8. Ongoing support. Our after-sales team is here for technical questions, repairs and warranty matters.
