SEA handles manufacturer warranty claims for the equipment we supplied and installed. You contact us, and we manage the product warranty claim with the manufacturer on your behalf. After the 5-year Whole-of-System Warranty ends, we remain your first point of contact for as long as the manufacturer’s warranty runs.
That means you don’t need to work out which company made which part, or chase the manufacturer yourself. Call 1300 732 679 or lodge a request and our team takes it from there.
What the manufacturer covers depends on its warranty terms, which are in the manufacturer warranty documents for your system.
