Short answer
On solar installation day, our qualified installers fit your panels, inverter and any battery or EV charger, then complete safety checks and test the system. Once it’s working, we show you how the equipment and monitoring app work and give you your documents and warranties.
Before the day, your Project Coordinator will confirm the date and let you know what access our team needs.
At handover you’ll receive:
- a walk-through of your equipment and monitoring app
- your system documents and warranties
- details of any meter or network activation still to be completed.
