If you think a solar panel junction box is faulty, contact SEA. A junction box fault needs a qualified technician, so don’t try to access the panel or open the junction box yourself. Call 1300 732 679 or lodge a request on our After Sales Support page, and we’ll assess it and arrange a repair or replacement.
If your monitoring app shows an alert or your output has dropped, tell us what you’re seeing and when it started.
If the fault is covered by warranty, we’ll arrange the repair and manage any claim with the panel manufacturer.
