Short answer
SEA installs home batteries from Tesla, Sigenergy and ESY Sunhome. Each brand comes in different sizes and set-ups. We recommend a battery based on how much power you use, your solar system and whether you want backup power, and we explain the manufacturer’s warranty and our own guarantees before you decide.
- Tesla Powerwall 3: 13.5 kWh usable per unit, with a built-in solar inverter. See What is the Tesla Powerwall?
- Sigenergy SigenStor: modular, taking one to six battery modules of 5.2 to 9.0 kWh usable each. See What is the Sigenergy SigenStor?
- ESY Sunhome: systems from 5.12 to 30.72 kWh nominal capacity. See What is the ESY Sunhome battery?
All three come with manufacturer warranties. SEA’s 10-year workmanship guarantee and 5-year Whole-of-System Warranty also apply, alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Get a battery quote.
