We recommend contacting SEA before another electrician works on your solar or battery system. Our 10-year workmanship guarantee doesn’t apply if SEA-installed products are repaired or modified by an unauthorised or unqualified technician, and our 5-year Whole-of-System Warranty doesn’t cover faults caused by work from anyone other than SEA.
If you need other electrical work done at home, let the electrician know you have a solar and battery system, and ask them not to change any part of it. If they need to, call us first on 1300 732 679 so we can advise or do the work ourselves.
